Mayor Sheila Dixon and the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts announce the return of Showcase of Nations Ethnic Festivals this summer with traditional dances, delightful foods, unique crafts, live music and tons of fun for everyone.

Since the early 1970s, the festivals have honored the heritage and customs of Baltimore's diverse cultures. Visit all the festivals for a season of fun. The $ denotes an admission fee.

Russian Festival

October 17-19 Russian Festival, a celebration of the Russian community, Friday & Saturday noon - 9 p.m. and Sunday noon - 6 p.m., Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church at 1723 East Fairmount Avenue, 410-276-6171. $ www.russfest.org
