-About 210,000 General Electric toasters, manufactured in China and imported by Wal-Mart Stores Inc., because they can short circuit and pose a fire or shock hazard. The company has received 140 reports of incidents, but no reports of injuries. The toasters were sold at Wal-Mart stores around the country between September 2007 and July 2008. -About 5,000 KVIBY chests, manufactured in Denmark by IKEA Home Furnishings, because the glass knobs on the drawers can break, posing a risk of cuts. An additional 26,000 chests were sold outside of the United States. The company received three reports of cuts in the United States that required medical attention, and 11 reports of injuries outside the country. -About 200 toy boats, manufactured in India and imported by Buzz's Boatyard, because the paint contains high levels of lead, which is toxic if ingested by children. No injuries have been reported.
